Pipe Lining

Internal Pipe Lining Without Excavation

Overview

What Is Pipe Lining

Pipe lining creates a brand-new pipe inside the damaged one — no excavation required. A robotic head carrying a specialised resin is inserted into the existing pipe and sprays a uniform coating onto the inner walls. Within minutes the resin cures, forming a fully sealed, structurally sound inner pipe.

Key Features

  • Suitable for pipes Ø40 mm – Ø125 mm
  • Works on straight runs and bends
  • Ideal for all drainage networks
  • Resistant to chemicals and corrosion

FAQ

Common Questions

How long does pipe lining take?

A standard residential pipe is lined in 4–8 hours. The pipe is immediately ready for use once the resin has cured.

Which pipe diameters can be lined?

We work on pipes from Ø40 mm to Ø125 mm, covering every internal drainage network in residential and commercial buildings.

Do we need to leave the property during the work?

No. The process is clean, odourless, and silent. You only need to avoid using the pipe for 4–6 hours while the resin cures.

What guarantee do you provide?

We issue a 10-year workmanship guarantee on every pipe-lining job. The epoxy resin itself has a design life exceeding 50 years.
