What Is Pipe Lining

Pipe lining creates a brand-new pipe inside the damaged one — no excavation required. A robotic head carrying a specialised resin is inserted into the existing pipe and sprays a uniform coating onto the inner walls. Within minutes the resin cures, forming a fully sealed, structurally sound inner pipe.

How It Works

Step by Step

CCTV Survey & Cleaning

A robotic camera maps the pipe. The damaged section is located and the pipe is cleaned with specialist brushes.

Spray Head Insertion

A spray-head nozzle is introduced into the pipe, depositing an even resin substrate on the pipe wall.

Curing

The resin cures within minutes, forming a new structural layer inside the existing pipe.

Final Inspection

A second CCTV pass confirms correct application. Delivered with a full video report and 10-year guarantee.

How long does pipe lining take?

A standard residential pipe is lined in 4–8 hours. The pipe is immediately ready for use once the resin has cured.
